1

Pick Your Dates

The first step in the retreat process is to set a date.
Most of True Nature’s retreats are Saturday to Saturday.
Propose a date that works for you, and we will check availability at our various locations.
2

Choose a Location

Now that you have your dates let's choose a location. From the beach the volcano, from the lakes to the rainforest, we have a location that will work perfectly for your group. Let us share the benefits of each location and how it will work with your intention and your group.
3

Confirming the Details

Once we have your dates and locations set we will provide you with a contract that outlines all of the terms and details for your retreat. We will discuss details such as activities, optional spa treatments, karma yoga "service projects,", sample itineraries and more.
4

Retreat Webpage, Online Registration and Marketing

Once we have your retreat confirmed we will create a webpage specifically for your trip. This is where you will send students to find out all they need to know about the retreat. This is where you will also have a link to your online registration page. We will handle all payments, registration, and student support.

On your webpage it will also be a link to our helpful FAQ Page. Now that we have finalized your tour, it’s time to spread the word. We will provide you our "True Nature Education: 12 Steps to Marketing a Retreat" EBook and connect you with our professional TNE Marketing team to help create a marketing plan that works for you.
The number one source of marketing is word-of-mouth. So begin talking to your students now – it is never to soon to dream big!

Prepare for Your Trip

Once you have filled your retreat, we will walk you through all the details until you are ready to depart with our specific retreat manual for your location.  You will learn all also learn useful travel information about your groups flights, meals, accommodations, activities, and more.

A Dios

You will be met at the airport by a TNE Staff member who will connect you with your private transport to your destination. For some locations you will spend the first night at a hotel near the airport, others will transfer directly to your center. Upon arriving at your center you will also be met by TNE staff to orient you and prepare for the incredible retreat that is upon you.

Welcome Back!

Welcome back!  Now that you’ve returned, it’s time to digest and share your experiences.

True Nature will provide an evaluation to help us continue to learn more about how we can improve our trips.

We will support you and your school to bring the experience back home with a presentation about the trip and a local service project that was planned while abroad. Continue dialogue with your Costa Rican friends abroad via email and Facebook.

Have a reunion where you can celebrate the trip, share stories, and invite friends who might want to join the trip next year.
